- Launch of a sensitizing campaign (July 2008) intended for economic operators and stakeholders during the acquisition of scanners by customs (presentation of Risk Management solutions and their operational implications). ModelSis was chosen to assurer the steering of reforms; implement a plan of actions for the modernization of customs structures.
- Drafting of specifications and modelling of the risk management platform architecture by integrating the Scanner in customs clearance operations (Feb. 2009).
- Development of procedures for the operation of the system
- Facilitation of a seminar/workshop for the strengthening of the performance of the Scanner and the risk management system (Oct. 2011) – addressing the difficulties, shortcomings, sharing experience and defining best practices to step up the performances of the tools
